This one is based on the cartoon character Pinkie Pie from My Little Pony. Neon pink dress and wedge sandals. Her cutie mark is ballons, so I chose a necklace, cuff bracelet and handbag with hot air balloon designs. Bright pink eyeshadow and lipstick for makeup.
